Covid-Related FAQs
These are indeed unprecedented times for all of us. Despite the ongoing pandemic, we know that travelling is still a big part of who we are as a community and as a culture. Fret not, because Kwentong Dagat is still here for you!
However, we also want to ensure to uphold our aim to provide excellent service to each guest and to keep everyone as safe as we possibly can. Your cooperation is very important to us. Please have a look below to keep yourself updated with our new protocols.
Required documents before traveling here
Each guest is required to present ONE of the ff documents upon arrival at the resort.
1. Health Travel Pass/Certificate from your LGU
or
2. Recent negative rapid or swab test results
These documents must be 3 weeks at the latest. Anything past this must be renewed
Allowed guests
Below is a list of guests we can accommodate based on our LGU's recommendations.
1. Zambales residents
2. Anyone outside Zambales who is visiting for work-related purposes and with complete documentation
Guests we can't accept for now
We can't accept these guests for safety reasons:
1. Seniors (60 years old and above)
2. Children and young adults (21 years old and below)
3. Pregnant women
New Reservation Policy
Reservations made after March 15,2020 will no longer be eligible for refunds due to the ongoing pandemic. If a community quarantine has been implemented in your area, you may keep rescheduling your stay with us free of charge
New House Rules
Face masks should be worn in shared spaces at the resort at all times
You may bring your own REUSABLE utensils as an extra precaution. Should you choose not to bring, don't worry! we'll also be a little extra with sanitising our utensils before and after every use.
